In order to do so, we meet with our clients to understand their vision of what an audit report should look like. We then train on our clients’ audit-related SOPs and guidelines and request access to the QMS (for audit and CAPA management). We ensure a standardization of audit reports and can therefore support our clients in pulling meaningful metrics.
The same actions can be taken to review the CAPAs submitted by your auditees. We review the suggested actions to ensure they are fit to address the finding. We can also follow-up until completion to confirm adequate closing of CAPAs and collection of relevant supportive documentation.
